Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is actively hiring a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience at our property.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests with a strong check-in/out experience.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems such as the PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries and messages with accuracy and tact.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
