Ashley Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process sales orders, and manage accounts in a store environment. You will use POS systems and office software to support daily retail operations with accuracy and courtesy.

This role requires a HS diploma, 18+ years, and US work authorization, with occasional weekend/holiday shifts. Benefits include health, dental, 401K, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, office, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Sales Order Support: process sales orders with required documentation and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: handle credit applications and maintain account information.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: support audits and inventory checks with proper documentation.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and file documents accurately.
• Team Collaboration: work with sales, merchandising, and store staff for smooth operations.
• Technology & Systems: use POS systems, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
