Revive Medical Spa, LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a polished Front Desk Coordinator to join our Dermatology-Led Aesthetics team. The ideal candidate provides exceptional client experiences, handles bookings, payments, and front desk operations in a luxury medical spa setting.

This part-time role requires strong organization, superior customer service, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays at Rogers locations; previous spa or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (hospitality or spa experience preferred).
• Proficiency with basic computer and front desk software expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, professional welcome and provide outstanding service.
• Manage calls, appointments, and in-person interactions efficiently.
• Process payments accurately for services and retail products.
• Open/close front desk and maintain organized, stocked lobby.
• Maintain accurate client records and verify database integrity.
• Support retail efforts and assist as Retail Consultant when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and handle transactions.
• Build strong client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
