Revive at The Group Medical Spa is seeking a PRN/As-Needed Client Coordinator to join our team. You will greet clients, answer questions about services, and manage check-in/out with accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and front desk experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced setting. Training on scheduling software and portals is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and products.
• Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate invoices and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and client portals.
• Develop knowledge of Revive's treatments, services, and products to educate clients.
• Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and retail area.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and product displays.
• Support medical spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Help resolve client questions or concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revive's policies.
