You will manage scheduling, greet clients, handle inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations while promoting services and products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a medspa, salon, wellness, or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and luxurious first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations using medspa software.
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Process payments, manage client accounts, and handle point-of-sale transactions.
• Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote medspa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
