Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose to welcome residents, families, and visitors. You will support move-ins, provide community overviews, and assist the Sales team with inquiries while maintaining a warm, safe, and organized environment.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and confidential handling of information, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-ins and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
