Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a safe, organized community experience. You will answer calls, route messages, assist with move‑in processes and coordinate with the Sales team on inquiries.

The role emphasizes hospitality, front desk upkeep, and supporting recruitment and routine administrative tasks in a fast‑paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Proven strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route calls promptly, leaving accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
