Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth. You will answer calls, provide community overviews, assist with move-ins and marketing materials, and maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro. The role supports the Sales team, recruitment, and administrative tasks while ensuring safety protocols and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with strong time management and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
