Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests at our Tigard community. You will provide front desk coverage and outstanding customer service while coordinating resident services and maintaining efficient operations.

The role emphasizes greeting guests, scheduling transportation and activities, and supporting management with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of customer service/front desk experience in hotel/retirement community/office.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone lines and direct inquiries as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Order office supplies and perform light clerical work.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Complete work order requests.
