Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment while addressing inquiries and coordinating resident services.

The role emphasizes creating a positive experience within the senior living community, handling inquiries, scheduling transportation, activities, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting is required.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming manner.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor community access.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks and light clerical work.
• Order office supplies and manage basic administrative duties.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete work order requests.
