Job summary

Hilton San Antonio Hill Country is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team. You will check guests in and out, process payments, and provide information to guests with a focus on outstanding service and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• US work authorization required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in guest service or customer service.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information to guests and visitors as needed.
• Promote positive guest relations and assist with special requests.
• Handle guest check outs and resolve any disputed charges following procedures.
