Job summary

Hilton San Antonio Hill Country is hiring a Restaurant Server to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in our upscale hotel dining room. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean dining area and dining stations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and condiments replenishment.
• Communicate with kitchen/bar for timely order delivery.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety and Hilton brand standards.
