Qualifications

• :High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• :Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• :Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• :Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and manage check-ins/outs.
• Provide information about amenities and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, changes, and billing inquiries in the PMS.
• Balance cash drawers and process payments per hotel policy.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest needs.
