Qualifications

• Excellent communication to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Strong problem-solving to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Local language fluency; extra languages helpful.
• Literate with basic math and comfortable with computers.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma required; college degree a bonus.
• 1 year front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to start a memorable experience.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Manage bookings and upsell opportunities during guest conversations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out; verify IDs and keys.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and questions.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Stay informed about the day's events and activities.
• Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties as needed.
