Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Tampa team for our new luxury hotel project. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, escort VIPs, and handle front desk operations with care and professionalism.

The role requires at least one year in front desk operations and strong communication. In addition to competitive benefits, you will contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused culture and support seamless lobby experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations or related guest services role.
• In-depth knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition and warm service.
• Review arrival lists and assist with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash, balance bank at shift start/end, and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk organized and assist with lobby activation.
• Protect guest PII and follow data privacy procedures.
• Obtain required identification and payment methods during check-in/out.
