Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings with a smile and direct inquiries as needed.
• Count cash and manage bank drops with proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest data with care and protect PII.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and obtain required ID and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
