Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
• Assist with arrival lists and welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone calls promptly with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and report discrepancies.
