Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking a personable part-time Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality in a luxury residential high-rise in Tampa. You will greet residents and guests, assist with amenities, log packages, and coordinate services to ensure smooth, high-end experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in hospitality or upscale customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality experience required.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations.
• Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
• Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security.
• Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including local transportation, move-ins, dinners, etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
