Aufgaben

• Greet guests with personal recognition and warmth.
• Prepare welcome amenities and arrival materials.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and complete check-in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and route calls as needed.
• Manage cash bank at start/end of shift; report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data with care and confidentiality.
• Follow the check-in/check-out checklist and verify IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
