Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent for Tampa's newest luxury hotel. You will greet guests, manage arrival lists, and escort VIPs to rooms, delivering genuine service from check-in to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and route inquiries.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report any discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy protocols.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and obtain identifications and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
