• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
