You will assist with move-ins, marketing materials, and coordinating front desk activities to ensure a safe, organized environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls promptly with accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in prep and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
