Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors while maintaining a safe, organized community. You will greet guests, route calls, support sales inquiries, and assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
