Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors, coordinate calls, and support the Sales team with inquiries. You’ll maintain a warm, organized front desk and Bistro area, while upholding Sunrise’s hospitality standards.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred as you help with move-in preparations, safety

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
