Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth, while ensuring a safe and organized community experience. You will support the Sales team, assist with move-in preparations, and maintain the front desk and Bistro area.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer calls promptly and take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
