Sunrise Senior Living in Annapolis is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth while maintaining a safe, organized community experience. You will support the Sales team with inquiries and assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.

• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area; assist with move-in preparations.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry; manage appointments and mail distribution.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and basic daily tasks.
