Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth, manage calls, provide community overviews, and support the Sales team. You will assist with move-in preparations, maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro, and help with appointments and basic office tasks while upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with time management and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
