Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Make and confirm reservations and transmit messages via phone or PMS.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and resolve complaints when needed.
