Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms and handle payments.
• Make and confirm reservations and balance guest bills.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Maintain safety, follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
