Job summary

HHM Hospitality is hiring a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, process registrations, and handle payments using the hotel PMS system. You will assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and answer inquiries to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Successful candidates will have prior customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfortable handling payments and balancing the till.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Compute bills and process payments, issue receipts.
• Make and confirm reservations and manage changes.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints with urgency.
