HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, register them, and provide attentive service at the front desk. You will manage reservations, process payments, and respond to guest needs while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include using the PMS system, balancing at shift end, and assisting in related areas during peak times. This on-site role expects a customer-first attitude and reliability.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms accurately.
• Process payments and verify guest credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Handle guest requests promptly and resolve complaints with supervision if needed.
• Maintain safety and security practices and balance accounts as needed.
