Job summary

Blue Water Development Corp. seeks a friendly, energetic guest services associate to manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest inquiries on site. You will handle payments, assist with concierge tasks, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby while delivering exceptional service throughout shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years in front desk or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years at front desk, reservations, or customer service role.
• Must be enthusiastic, upbeat and energetic.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk and guest service station features for reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle site charges, payments, and receipts with accuracy.
• Assist concierge with guest directions and arrangements to support stays.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, guest-ready lobby and work area.
• Follow cash handling procedures and daily ledger processes.
• Provide reliable attendance and support the team as needed.
