Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a friendly front desk associate to deliver guest-centered service at the lobby. You will greet guests, check them in, process payments, and coordinate with other departments to meet requests. Training and scheduled meetings are part of the job, with an emphasis on safety and privacy. A high school diploma is required; hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests and process checkout.
• Accept payments and maintain a house bank.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Acknowledge rewards members and returning guests.
• Assist with reservations and VIPs.
• Log guest requests and room defects.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and knowledge of hotel services.
