Job summary

Blue Water in Wells, ME is seeking friendly guest service professionals to manage reservations, check-in/out, and guest inquiries. You'll handle site charges and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

You will greet guests with a positive attitude, assist with concierge needs, maintain a clean lobby, follow cash handling procedures, and support team members during busy shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1-3 years in front desk, reservations, or customer service roles.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Excellent communication and detail orientation.
Proficient with computers and common office tech.
Enthusiastic, upbeat, and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

Operate front desk and guest service stations; take reservations; check guests in/out; handle site charges and fees; address issues.
Deliver guest interactions using the Blue Water Way, including phone and face-to-face service.
Support concierge with guest relations and arrangements for stays.
Open/close guest service center and maintain a clean, orderly environment.
Follow cash handling procedures; log transactions; provide receipts; close shifts with cash deposits.
Keep the property guest-ready and perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
