Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in front desk, reservations, or customer service.

• Proficient with computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, and payment terminals.

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk and guest service stations for reservations, check-in/out, and charges.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions following Blue Water standards.
• Assist concierge with guest directions and arrangements.
• Open/close the guest service center and maintain a clean, orderly area.
• Handle cash and payments, log transactions, and provide receipts.
