Montage International in Newport Beach is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle folios and billing, and partner with departments to deliver a personalized guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years in hotel operations and customer service; strong English, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The role pays $22.50 per hour and is on-site at the Elwood Club.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in hotel operations and customer service.
• Able to handle billing accurately and communicate clearly in English.
