Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly host guests from arrival through check-out, creating memorable experiences aligned with guest personas. You will support the hotel's goals and values while acting as a proactive partner across departments to ensure seamless, personalized service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in hotel operations and customer service, with strong English communication and advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel operations.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Basic math and billing skills.
• Clear English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
• Advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills; daily use of programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Welcome guests with a friendly, sincere demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Address guest opportunities and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintain guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
