Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least two years in hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle billing and basic math accurately; excellent English communication.
