Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, write, speak).
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Host and welcome guests with a friendly, sincere demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette; meet departmental goals.
• Collaborate with department leaders to personalize the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records for guest accounts and know hotel services.
