Job summary

Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and manage folios and billing. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, personalized guest experiences, and effective coordination with hotel departments.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years in hotel operations and customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in hotel operations.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong math skills and ability to handle billing accurately.
• Clear communication in English; proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, with goals for department and property.
• Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly and genuine demeanor.
• Assisting with guest check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Proactively addressing guest opportunities and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborating with department leaders and staff to ensure a personalized guest experience.
