InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team at our Hattiesburg, MS property. You will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office functions and cover the front desk when the General Manager is not present.

Key duties include checking guests in/out, handling cash, and maintaining a welcoming, organized lobby environment. The role requires English proficiency and strong computer skills, with an emphasis on customer service

Qualificações

• Proficient in computer operating systems and hotel front office software.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret various internal reports and hotel information.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Able to perform basic math to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and cash balancing.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with front office operations.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out in a courteous, timely manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and assist guests efficiently.
• Oversee front desk operations in GM’s absence.
• Notify GM of guest, employee, or cash concerns.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report life/safety issues.
