InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant at our Hattiesburg, MS property to maintain a safe, quiet, and welcoming environment for guests. You will serve as the property’s emergency contact after hours while following all handbook guidelines and local regulations.

Responsibilities include nightly rounds, assisting guests, verifying room access, and reporting incidents to management. The role requires on-property living during employment and adherence to guest policies and safety procedures.

Formación

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in hotel operations.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English for guest interactions with staff.
• Ability to self-supervise with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or local authorities.
• Assist guests with needs, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Secure storage and employee areas nightly.
• Verify guest identities and provide access to rooms.
• Document rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and ensure property is clean and free of debris.
