CBRE HV in New York, NY is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests, tenants, and visitors. You will log requests, coordinate reservations, and assist with transportation and local recommendations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and be the first point of contact for entrants.
• Record and log service requests, provide administrative support to management.
• Arrange and confirm transportation, dining, and activities as requested.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
• Build and maintain a database of local recs for transportation, dining, and entertainment.
• Follow security and emergency procedures to ensure safety of all in the building.
• Address inquiries or complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Identify and implement methods to improve team performance and meet objectives.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
