Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a team delivering concierge, reception, meeting & event management, and general administrative support in a designated building.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, build client relationships, manage vendors, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• People management & leadership experience is preferred, including recruitment, training, development, mentoring, and appraising.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Build and maintain client relationships; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure the team provides efficient and consistent support and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Oversee vendor partnerships and contract services; ensure insurance and contracts are current.
• Lead events management services from planning to post-event follow-up; coordinate with landlords and third parties.
