Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador in New York City. As Concierge, you will greet guests, manage the switchboard, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere and security throughout their visit.

You will handle guest requests, coordinate with colleagues, and maintain a smooth front desk operation with MS Office proficiency as part of daily tasks. This role is on-site in NYC with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service / reception position.
• MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests, making them feel welcome and secure.
• Operates the front desk and switchboard as the first point of contact.
• Handles guest requests and concierge services with professionalism.
