This role sits in Workplace Experience, serving as the front face and reception for a premier client in the Travel Industry. You’ll greet visitors, manage service requests, log activities, coordinate dining and entertainment, and build a local network of trusted providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility and greet them warmly.
• Assist with stocking office supplies and conference room pantry areas.
• Record and log service requests and track statuses; provide administrative aid as needed.
• Arrange and confirm activities (recreational, dining, business) for requestors; respond promptly.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility and refer contacts as needed.
• Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations (transportation, dining, entertainment).
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional solutions.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to achieve team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives and impact related teams.
