This role sits in Workplace Experience, serving as the front face and reception for a premier client in the Travel Industry. You’ll greet visitors, manage service requests, log activities, coordinate dining and entertainment, and build a local network of trusted providers.
As a CBRE Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building in the San Jose area. This role is Monday - Friday approximately 8:00 - 5:00 /9:00 - 6:00. (Some flexibility will be needed to cover business needs from time to time.) This role will be the "Front Face"/ Receptionist for one of our premier clients in the Travel Industry. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent time management skills be polished and articulate as this is a role that will work regularly with C-Suite/ Executives.
