Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for entrants to the facility.
• Record and log service requests and provide admin aid to management.
• Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for the requestor.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
• Build a database of local business recommendations.
• Follow property security and emergency procedures.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions.
• Resolve complex problems and help the team achieve objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
