Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting entrants, logging service requests, coordinating activities, and maintaining strong local recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all visitors; greet them warmly.
• Record and log service requests and track statuses; support management.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
• Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations (transportation, dining, entertainment).
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures.
