Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks a friendly, outgoing front desk associate to be the face of the hotel lobby and welcome guests with a warm smile. You will deliver outstanding service from arrival through checkout and share insider tips on local dining and entertainment.

You’ll interact with guests and team members in a polite, positive manner, handle guest requests promptly, and use PMS and other systems to manage check-in/out and room information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Preferably 3–6 months of related experience.
• Must be a people-person who interacts with guests and team members politely and positively.

Responsibilities

• Be the face at the front desk and provide excellent guest service from check-in to check-out.
• Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment and events with guests.
• Handle cash responsibly and use hotel tech tools (computers, databases, PMS) efficiently.
